06:30 – 07:15 – Breakfast at the hotel

07:30 – 09:30 – Historical Center

Hippodrome – former center of public life in Constantinople (Egyptian Obelisk, Serpent Column, German Fountain)

Blue Mosque (inside) – the only mosque in Istanbul with 6 minarets, interior decorated with blue İznik tiles

Hagia Sophia (outside) – architectural wonder from the 6th century, former patriarchal cathedral, mosque, now a museum

09:30 – 10:00 – Transfer to the Asian side (via the Bosphorus Bridge)

10:00 – Çamlıca Hill – home to the largest mosque in Turkey, opened in 2019. A striking combination of classical Ottoman architecture and modern interior design. 6 minarets, capacity of 60,000 people. Unique panoramic view of the entire Bosphorus and both continents.

10:30 – Beylerbeyi Palace (outside, optional entry with tickets) – summer residence of the Ottoman sultans, located directly on the Bosphorus shore. Built in the 19th century in Ottoman Baroque style.

11:30 – 13:30 – Egyptian Bazaar (Mısır Çarşısı) – also known as the Spice Bazaar. Aromas of cinnamon, cloves, saffron, tea, and dried fruits. Free time for lunch and tasting traditional Turkish delight and baklava.

OPTIONAL TOUR ( 35,- € ):

13:30 – 17:00 – Bosphorus boat cruise + Balat district

Sailing between two continents – Europe and Asia. Sights along the coast include Rumelihisarı Fortress, palaces, and wooden Ottoman mansions (yalıs)

The tour guide accompanying the group throughout the day provides commentary on the boat

Balat – historic district with colorful houses, antique shops, street cafés, and former Jewish, Greek, and Bulgarian places of worship

17:15 – 18:15 – Departure

Late evening / around midnight – Return to Sunny Beach
