Rental Terms & Conditions

The minimum driver age is 23 years.
The driver must have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
If you expect to return the vehicle later than agreed, you must notify us in advance. If the vehicle is returned more than 1 hour late without prior notice, an additional full day's rental fee will be charged.
Payment is made at the time of vehicle collection and can be made by cash or credit card.
A security deposit ranging from 100,- € to 600,- € is required, depending on the vehicle. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to the rental terms.

The renter is responsible for fuel costs. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.

Any damage to these parts is the responsibility of the renter and will be charged in full.

Insurance coverage is invalid if:

Vehicles may not be taken outside the territory of Bulgaria.

The renter is responsible for any damage caused through negligence.

In the event of an accident without an official police report, the renter is liable for 100% of the damage.
If the accident is determined to be the renter's fault, an additional charge equal to 3 days' rental will apply.
The renter is fully responsible for the cost of lost vehicle documents, lost keys, or partial theft of the vehicle or its equipment.
