A one-day excursion for people who want to get to know Bulgaria and its history from the Renaissance to today. Zheravna is a village in Balkan mountain, declared an open-air museum with its wooden and stone houses. On the cobbled streets you can still feel the atmosphere of the old days. The open chairlift ride in the Blue mountains nature reserve will offer you breathtaking views and show you the beauty of the blue minerals covering the beautiful rock formations.

Program:

Morning departure - 08.00

Drive across the picturesque hills of the Balkan Mountains.

A visit to the village of Zheravna that has preserved a multitude of 18^th and 19^th century architectural ensembles - walking tour of the village and a visit to “St. Nicholas” church with an exquisite icon exhibition.

Visiting an ethnographic museum.

Lunch - four course meal ( inkluded ).

Free time in Zheravna.

An opportunity for an open-air chair-lift ride down the slopes of the Blue Rocks Nature Reserve (extra charge - 5,- Leva)

Panoramic bus tour and free time in Sliven.

Late afternoon return.
